Cattle, corn, wheat, beans, mud, snow, ice, and drought. Plenty of fresh air and quiet. Our life is sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes joyous, but never boring.

      After I found the poem, I wondered why I had not heard of the author before. She is a wonderful writer, but I couldn’t find any info about her anywhere.

        Suzanne, I used Bing to search for Kate Seymour Maclean, and found quite a bit of information. You may want to check this out. I have no idea what you’d get if you used Google! Let me know!

      Columbine from my flower beds. They have flower shoots now, and it won’t be long before they are blooming their little hearts out. Will share with you then.
