Sunflowers At Twilight

There’s something a little spooky about being out in a sunflower field after sunset.

As much as I enjoy being outside and enjoying nature, there’s something about the oncoming night that puts me a little on edge.

This particular night, the moon began to rise in the east just as the sun was setting in the west.

It was as if the moon had been waiting to take its turn at ruling the sky.

All of them with their heads bent, it does seem as if they are worshipping the moon. Any moment they may break into a worship dance. So eerie.

I love your photos!!! So inspiring! Thank you for sharing. May I ask what camera you use and what lenses you use? I have a Canon T2i dslr and want to purchase another lens. I only have the kit lens 18-55mm. I would love your opinion on your favorite. Thank you for your time!!

      Hi Diana,
Well, it kinda depends on what you want to photograph. Are you looking to take pics close up and also scenery? Wide angle a possibility? A little of everything? Just let me know, and I’ll be glad to help. I’ve been using a Canon EOS 50D for a last couple weeks, and before that I used a Canon G9.
      Thank you for visiting!
