Cattle, corn, wheat, beans, mud, snow, ice, and drought. Plenty of fresh air and quiet. Our life is sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes joyous, but never boring.

So good to see you, and so amused by kitty’s photo. I’ve thought of you, and hoped you were just busy and not suffering side effects from your treatment, etc. It’s full summer here now, and haying’s already being done. We’re still suffering drought, but some areas of the state have received good rain, and the farmers are so grateful!

Thanks so much for letting us know you are thing a break. Everyone needs a vacation, especially when dealing with all the complications you all have had recently. It would be really nice to know ahead of time when you are taking a break. It saves us a lot of concern and worry.
